SitFlow™ was invented by three friends, Ron Mochizuki MD, a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician, John Godoy, professional trainer and John Harada, a serial entrepreneur.
They concluded that working out three times a week wasn’t enough to offset the adverse effects of sitting eight hours a day at work.
Ergonomists prescribe an hourly 10 minute walk when sitting but we knew this wasn’t realistic, especially in the office environment.
