Awesome!

I purchased the floor stand Sitflow and use it whenever I watch TV then just move it to my desk when I'm working at my computer. I have used it everyday since I received it and think it's a brilliant idea and fun too!

works as advertised

The HOVR assembled easily; only difficulty is that the set screws locking the frame together seem to have the heads strip easily, so I am not sure I can readily disassemble it. I have a little trouble getting my chair high enough for the recommended thighs above knees position. Repetitive motion is not easy to sustain, but gentle, frequent motion is easy. Let's see if some months of it help my knee rehab. which is why I bought it.

No good if your chair has wheels

Let me first say that I really like this product and I would give a 5-star rating BUT it is completely un-usable if your chair has wheels and is on hardwood flooring. If you have a carpet it should work fine. Every 30-60 seconds I have to pull myself back to the desk because i keep drifting away. I tried rubber stopper blocks but to be honest, they kept moving out of place and I spent more time fixing them then working. I have a $400 heavy-duty dxracer chair that weighs a ton as well. Any suggestions on what to do to make my chair stop rolling short of installing carpet and I'd change this rating from a 2.5 to a 5.

There is a castor cup included with the SitFlow, place the castor cup under the castor of your chair which is closest to the SitFlow. This usually solves the rolling issue.

Doesn't seem to do much

Awkward and uncomfortable so far. The plastic ring "feet" slide around and keep falling off.
